I just got a killtacular (5 kills within 4.5 seconds) in a game of swat (4 man teams) which means I HAD to have killed at least one of these niggas twice within 4.5 seconds

This song has been a long time in the works. I first wrote it when I was 16 as an 8-part choral piece and through the years it’s been one of my favorites to return to and rework and revise. Just yesterday, I picked it up again and felt like for the first time, I really understood what the words were actually about. I pretty much improvised this solo voice and piano arrangement of it and decided that this beautiful rainy day would be a perfect time to make a recording.
This is a live recording of me playing and singing at the same time, whereas some of my others were recorded separately and, of course, multitracked. I also recorded this in just one take.
The recording quality is a bit worse than my earlier recordings (which is saying a lot) because the USB microphone I had broke last week so I had to use my webcam mic. Still, it’s surprisingly not terrible.
